In some past post you had mention it was for USA only. Is the contribution based on USA credit Cards or USA address? I have an international credit card but USA mail box. Would my purchases contribute to TL?

Is this definitely US only? If not, being from the UK I will definitely do this, after your advice on my build!

Yes, unfortunately as a US-based guild, we signed up for the US program. On the Amazon website they state "Your Associates ID will only earn you referral fees from sales in the same locale as your Associate ID." Whether this means a US program only works on purchases via the .com site (vs the .co.uk, .ca, etc sites), or if it checks you location (via IP) , or your shipping/billing address I don't know... If I had to guess I'd say its more likely that it is either website or your IP based.
I'll see if Freelancer knows more.
EDIT: found this
However, if a Canadian or someone from any other country lands on my site, and is directed to my product via my US [Amazon Associate] link, they cannot buy there, and should they head off to their local amazon and make the purchase there, [My site] will not get paid.
If you use WP, there is a way around this, but you still need to apply for an aff link from every country. Assuming you use WP, grab this plugin: Amazon Affiliate Link Localizer.

Well i am from teh caribbean so my local amazon is the USA site. As you said maybe freelancer will know. Just update the post when you know. Thanks.
I am hoping to buy some more parts in the months to come so if these purchases can contribute to TL it would be great
