I find this community that TL has got together quiet amazing, and a bit almost overwhelming

from the Podcast Tales of Tyria to the forums and quality of the site I really do like it.

I have yet to find many guilds of this stature that i have been interested in joining comparatively speaking to WoW.

because I in fact did not play GW1 but have played WoW and SWTOR

which part of the Ascension Server Alliance is more US West?

and for that matter what other well known guilds match that of TL on the west with all do respect.

I would fit under similarity's to that of a DA1- D1 member.

I have done some pve raiding in the past about 25% of my in-game focus as the other 75% was focused on pvp, arena's and such. being a top gladiator in all brackets in my battlegroup as a warrior and mage.

as a community, you all kick ass and chew bubble gum

and I have never been so excited to dive into the pvp scene in a game as ever before!

thanks for the help guys. :)

Edit: I do want to take into consideration probably the many similar posts if any? I apologize
if this is an ok area to post this discussion? for any "known US West PvP and PvX guilds. thank you"

I do not know of any to answer your question. There are a decent amount of TL members that are on the West Coast though.

Yea, TL members come from all over the world. Though the majority is US East we are by no means a US East only guild.

What? We have bubble gum? and here I was just kicking ass the whole time...

Anyways, just wanted to point out that there was a huge difference between D1 and D1A. One does WvW a lot, with a lil bit of sPvP on free time; the other doest sPvP a lot, with a lil bit of WvW on free time. You should really look into what you are interested in doing most, so you don't make the wrong choice (if you join TL).

If you do join TL from West Coast, then the usual raid times start at 6pm. Plan your dinners appropriately.

I think the misconception that people get from D1A - D1 - D2 that is has to do with experience of how much you game, which it does not.

I am also a member from the West Coast.

Feel free to look through the guild recruitment forums we have. Any and all guilds are welcome to post threads there so you never know what guilds you might find that you might like.

As for US West guilds in our alliance, the only other US guilds in our alliance are Edge and Pain Train, but I think they might also run on Eastern time.

I don't think it will be a problem. I'm us west but play at all sorts of hours. Many in the alliance will be on at all times of the day and night.

the main reason why I thought otherwise was because of the East Server ping test in the applications. but I understand either way.
Im looking right now at mainly TL Edge, and PT. either way im in the mailing list for the server announcement and cant wait. release is killing me!~

The game servers are actually in Dallas, Texas if I remember right. But our guild is based on East Coast times.

I am from PST time zone, and I find that the TL times usually work better for me because of this. 9pm is a tad late for me, but 6? ohh perfect.

I'm in Southern California, as is my husband Tannlin. We have lots of bubble gum here, and ass-kicking as well. I don't think it'll be an issue, and as a left-coaster myself I don't know any guilds over here either.
