I've just bought the Vertex 4 myself, it was the one i was advised to go with. Seems to be one of the best on the market atm but im sure someone eles here could provide you with a more techy answer.

If you have the cash definitely Intel is the top of the line SSD out there. For OCZ I read they have driver and controller issues although they fixed it, more like a bang for buck. The m4 is probably the most reliable and can't go wrong SSD, it is a bit slower than some faster SSD like OCZ Vertex 3 and Corsair GT but performance is still one of the top.

I just bought a 128 Gb Crucial m4 and I've been loving it. In the end I don't think you can go wrong with any of the drives you listed. I'm not sure how things work in Australia, but I was able to get my m4 for100 dollars off of Amazon just by watching the prices.
Typos are the roadkill of the internet. They're ubiquitous, ugly, and typically accidents; but look hard enough and you'll figure out what it is.

Guys are giving good advice. Here's a chart that includes more, to help you decide: http://www.tomshardw...lue,3184-6.html (scroll down for the chart).
People will probably advice you away from Sandforce based SSDs, as they had compatibility problems in the past, but I think those are mostly ironed out with new firmware.
Overall though I really like the crucial M4. You can find a good deal on it often and it's reliable AND fast.

i don't know if this will help your choice, but I just bought a Vertex 3 120 Gb for 79.99 before the 10 dollar rebate.
I probably should have bought 10......
It is hard to beat that price.
It was a 24 hour sale at Tiger Direct this Wednesday. You should look out for similar deals.
