How big of a laptop are you looking for?
I'd recommend going with sager/clevo. Their build quality is absolutely amazing, and they are monsters of a manchine. Especially with all the new stuff that just came out recently.
Plus you don't void the warranty when you replace parts yourself.
Sagers range from 11" to 17.3". So really it depends on the size you want.
Whats your price point?

Echoing Gears, I continue to hear amazing things about Sager laptops. Just browsing their site, you can get a very capable machine ( http://www.sagernote...del_name=NP6175 ) For $1000, that should have no issues running GW2. Bump up $200 more and you can get a Geforce 670m in it, which would be even faster.
Bottom line: if you're willing to shell out a decent amount, you can get a 1080p Gaming laptop of really nice build quality.
Edit: Also I'd like to add that http://www.notebookcheck.net/ is a fantastic site, specifically for graphics card benchmarking of all mobile chips, as well as detailed descriptions. I love it.
