Thanks for dropping by. Firstly I'm currently using a faulty Razer Megalodon, and it's my 2nd headset from Razer which brought major disappointments. I've decided to move back into Headsets that aren't running on USBs (Analog/Audio Jacks), and also away from Razer audio products.
Been doing some research on the interweb, I'd really like to have a Sennheiser headset but due to the lack of availability in Malaysia, it's simply not possible to have one (Even if i get one, the price would be x2 higher than retail in the States.)
So I'm limited now to steelseries products, of all their headsets Two caught my eye :
Steel Series 7h
http://steelseries.c.../steelseries-7h
Steel Series Siberia v2 Headset
http://steelseries.c...ries-siberia-v2
Online research tells me the comparison between these 2 are as follows :
7h :
Better noise cancelling
Easier to travel because it can be disassembled
V2 Siberia :
Better Sound Quality (People claming that a better soundstage affects the quality)
Lighter and more comfortable for prolonged use.
Anyone able to check the comparisons and the facts backing it? Does soundstage really affects sound quality that much?
Thanks in advance
