We understand that everyone in our community is excited about any new information but we ask that you please do not link to or discuss any information that was released in violation of the NDA on this site, as we respect the rights of ArenaNet to the fullest.

I tried looking, but I couldn't find any actual place on the web to read "the NDA". I assume we are talking about the closed beta NDA correct? Does anyone have a copy of or a link to that NDA? Knowing exactly what is says is important to being able to follow it. Thanks!

I believe the basic parts of the NDA are that
1. If you are in the closed beta you can not speak of your experience there or even let it known that you are in the closed beta. Posting images and other information from personal experience is a big no.
2. Do not post information that is leaked from sources other than trusted arena net officials. This includes Core test areas, Core test Screens, Core test chat logs, Core test features. Many of these have came up on the internet and those are considered NDA breaking. An easy way to tell is that all screenshots from the Core test have your email information on it so if you see that watermark assume it is a image you should not have.
