Really nice find. This just makes me respect and love ANet even more.

This was really fun to watch. I kept rushing the events in the beta weekend though, because there was just so many things to do, that I actually miss the good stuff.

Exactly. Everyone just ran around trying to do as much as possible as quickly as possible, which is understandable given the time limitsIt's really hard to stop and appreciate these kind of details when you only have 3 days to play, so a lot of this probably didn't get noticed by most people who played.

Ironically, I think if people had actually gone and waited for all the NPCs they would have seen more content, and leveled faster.
Really, its frightening how conditioned MMO players have become to just do the quest, and then just run to the next area.

Wow, that's pretty cool. It makes me think that I should stick around more after events and really try to savor every moment. I was just running on to the next thing right after every event ended, as I'm sure most other people did. We've all been conditioned to try and rush through content, but I think GW2 is trying to make us slow down and really enjoy the immersion. (oh noes not that word!)

Exactly. This would explain why I was always under level in PvE. I thought I had done everything in an area and would move on to another. I must have missed several extra events.

Wow that's just, wow! You know time and time again Anet really just surprises me. They go to these lengths for immersion, I really do think this game is a stepping stone into the next generation of MMO.

Getting steamrolled by all those bears was not fun. I think I know 3 kids that need a spanking.

Haha nice video. Although, even when the events did not chain, I was more than having fun while completing them

I like how high the quality of the voice acting is, even in events. You could really heard the enthusiasm and pride of the boy when he presented the dolyak head.

I have to agree, voice acting is so important and the Voice overs in this game are just great. I haven't heard any really annoying voices, or voices lacking emotion, none of that. I can definitely see myself paying close attention to the story considering everybody's voice is awesome.

*Hangs head in shame*
It hadn't even occurred to me to follow around npcs and learn about their story and how events tied together. Think I will tuck these videos away for now. Got a few people in mind who could use some convincing.

I have read many articles and many reviews about the BWE since it occurred. All the complaints about dynamic events and combat seem to come from people who want to either grind or steamroll. They want 100+ skills to unlock or just want to get to lvl 80 as quickly as possible.
Is that all an MMORPG is? I assume if you want a MMORPG you might also want some RP. So going to an alternate world is not just about getting the best loot to enlarge your E-peen, but actually to have fun. To escape from real life, or to live someone else's. The same thing people do when they watch TV, and Movies or read Novels.
Anyway, the detail is astonishing, and I am simply afraid I will not have enough time to do all the things I want to do.

Simply astonishing, I wish i had slowed down some what in the BWE now, I seemed to have my eyes set to one goal and it seems this isn't what GW2 will be about, All the people saying they're not indepth enough deffinetly need to watch these videos. I believe our ideas about MMO's will change soon enough haha!
