So i've just bought x2 OCZ vertex 4 today, was intending to get rid of my Corsair Force GT and running these both Raid 0.
However, after some research on the interweb I can't seem to find consistant benchmarks for comparison between these two (despite OCZ claiming its a breakthrough in technology, Indilinx vs. Sandforce.)
Anyone can give me advice as to whether I should stay with the corsair or move on with the OCZ?

Personally I wouldn't bother raiding SSD's.
Is it going to be faster? Technically yes.
Is it going to be so much faster than you actually notice it? Probably not.
Keep in mind that SSD's can still "crash" even if it's not as likely to happen as a platter drive. Just had a friend have an SSD in his RAID0 crash.
Regarding performance between the these two specific drives, again one can be technically faster, but at a certain point it's not something you are going to notice in day to day use.

But from what I've seen my enthusiasts friends achieved with raid is around x2 the original speed of the single drive with around 10-20% loss of speed. Hmm seems confusing. I'm just deciding should I continue with the corsair and sell off the OCZs for some profit or the othe way round.

Benchmarked my Vertex 4s and it actually broke the 1.2k Mark on AS SSD Benchmark, compared to 800+ on my Corsair.
Performance/Price's quite decent, given that both costs around the same.
Also, coming from the Sandfrorce based SSDs that gave me BSOD once/twice a week, I see a much stable system on the Marvell/Indilinx Controller.
