It'd be fantastic if you could publicly announce which server TL is going with, even just a couple of hours before the BWE starts.

Despite being extra-guild, I'd still like to come hang out with you guys. You seem like a decent bunch.

However guesting won't be available for the BWEs, so that's a bit of a bummer.

Honestly I hope they realize the mistake of not having east and west coast servers on launch. I'm probably going to have a nice extra chunk of ping just because the servers are in texas which they consider central.

If this is the case I should have like 2 ping lol. SWTOR had servers literally 30 minutes drive from my apartment, and my connection was always flawless.

I love having it in texas! I'll be a LPB! I guess it's all relative eh? Either way I'm hopeful that ANet wouldn't allow a bad environment for a large chunk of players, so I wouldn't be too worried.

For all of us EST guys I know my old WoW server was in Dallas for the longest time even though we were an EST server

Oddly enough when they finally moved the server closer to us by placing it in Chicago my ping went up ever so slightly but I was shocked that it was in fact an increase. (I live just outside of DC)

I'm not quite sure what those guys are doing down in Dallas but I don't see it being any kind of issue.
