I can just see Competitive PvP teams practicing all kinds of combos and finishers, setting up callsigns and complex Tactics.

I dont know about this. With only seeing one map, I think pain trains are where it is going to be. Melee classes that can assist one another is going to be pretty powerful. I've read some that say all ranged would be tough and things like that, but pushing teams will have it all over kiting teams on that small map. I think the combination of stuns/knockdowns/immobilizes from melee will trump ranged combos.

I plan to find as many combos as possible between what ever class me and my husband roll as as we level up.

I wonder if the combos will be affected by the same rules that limit aoe's from hitting more than 5 targets. Like if there is a flame wall in WvW, would only 5 people's attacks benefit from combo'ing. If not it could be a great way to add a lot more damage from aoe skills that are otherwise capped.

Mesmers Chaos Storm is pretty useful. I want a Mesmer following me around to the point where perhaps purchasing a second copy and multi-boxing a Mesmer just to spam chaos storms could be useful.

I believe the rule is 5 max on proximity/targeted AOEs, but ground target aoes (walls, fields, circles, etc) are unlimited. I would guess that your example would fall into that category, and I want to say I saw more than 5 "Combo!" messages when I'd put down poison fields, but I'm not 100% sure.

There is actually one at least I know of that a Warrior can do by itself. You use the Longbow's fire field thing they can do and then you can shoot arrows through your own fire field. This is only like a 3-4 second combo though, but yeah it still pops up the combo on the screen and everything. I found it immensely enjoyable to combo off myself when I was playing my warrior lol.

In PvE I believe that cross class combos will be a must. Because some mobs are really difficult and if you and your friend are using you classes to maximum efficiency then you can take down those harder mobs even more effectively . It will be very fun to figure out multiple combos and such. cant wait. :D

Since I am a PvP lvling Soloist, I shall be going alone, well, with how questing is, you're never actually alone. I will, however, partake in the grouping with fellow members if I get the chance :3

As far a buddy up I tried to buddy with friend from Vanguard and due to not being able to be in the same instance for PvE this was very difficult lets hope this is all cleared up before next BWE or least before launch. So just keep that in mind before you thinking of rolling with friends at start.

Anet already addressed this issue. It was one of the first ones they talked about after BWE1. They said it would not be like that on release and in future betas. so it will be fixed and everyone will be able to play together :D

The Light Field+Unload from a thief is a rather amazing combo
One thing I always wondered but didn't get to test properly was whether or not Elementalists can do these combos with themselves.
